Tariq joined FD in 2024 after a successful career as a trader at Goldman Sachs and UBS in London, where he led a variety of fixed-income businesses. He has an MA from Trinity College, Cambridge, holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. Tariq combines oversight of the firm's investment activities with managing some of our client relationships.

In his free time Tariq enjoys travelling, collecting (and drinking) fine wine and volunteers as a translator for the NGO Translators without Borders.
